Inline Group is working as a sub-contractor for BIRD Construction during their work on constructing the new AUPE headquarters in Edmonton, AB. Inline was hired to perform geotechnical engineering and materials testing for all the soils, concrete, and asphalt work. Our engineers and technicians have been heavily relied upon throughout the entire project for both on site work and in lab testing for the project. Inline engineers have also been responsible for scheduling the building piles, monitoring their installation and the final pile inspections.

Project Details

This LEED Silver certified, 4 -storey modular office building is 125,000 square feet with cast-in place piles. As seen in the site UAV photo taken by an Inline team member, the building is not a regular commercial building and consists of four wings of various floor heights connected by floating staircases. The total cost of the project is about $49 million and is truly unique in planning and style, designed by Next Architecture.
